Reese Johnson
I believe in a client-centered therapeutic approach that is collaborative and strengths-based. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgemental space where you feel comfortable being your most authentic self. My goal is to work alongside you, building on your strengths to navigate any challenges you may be facing. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology and Human Development and a Master's in Social Work, both from Boston College. Much of my experience comes from my work in the Boston Public Schools System where I supported students experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as those navigating change, difficult life transitions, and interpersonal conflict. I also have experience in the humanitarian sector, supporting mental health and psychosocial well-being in diverse settings. In therapy, I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and more. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach; together we will discover the strategies and skills that work best for you. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors whenever I can. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments!
Sara Lucas
Hi, I’m Sara (she/her). My approach to therapy is warm, honest, curious, non-judgmental, and above all, relational. My primary focus is on co-creating an authentic therapeutic relationship where you experience the safety, empathy, and trust which make room for experimenting with new ways of thinking and being. I believe there is no one “right” way to engage in therapy, just as there is no one “right” way to live a life. Sometimes we need to deeply understand (and mourn) the past, sometimes we need practical tools for navigating a challenging present, and sometimes we simply need space to be witnessed without having to hold it all together. I am interested in working with clients across the lifespan and with a variety of presenting concerns. Our work might range from open-ended “talk therapy” to more structured interventions depending on what works best for you. You certainly don’t need to come in knowing exactly what you need out of therapy, either: we can figure it all out together! My work is integrative, drawing from a variety of theoretical orientations including trauma- and complex trauma-informed, attachment-informed, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral. I have clinical interest and prior experience in working with complex trauma survivors as well as with adult women with lived experience in the commercial sex trade, including trafficking and exploitation. In addition to counseling, I am a member of the Human Trafficking Research Hub at William James College, where I contribute to research on the psychological consequences of sex trafficking. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Holistic Studies specialization from Lesley University and a B.A. in English and Creative Writing from Wellesley College (Go Blue!). Whether or not we end up working together, I hope the right help finds you, and that whatever you’re holding grows lighter to carry.

SRG Therapy Group PLLC
I think it is extremely courageous to admit we need help. I believe one of the most important criteria for successful treatment is to have a trusting, open, "therapeutic rapport" with a client. Without trust and a good connection, the therapeutic process cannot begin. With that in mind, I believe the first step is creating an environment safe from judgement and rich in support. My focus is to enable clients to acquire insight, skills, and motivation for emotional, cognitive, and behavioral transitions.I specialize in older adolescent and adult individual therapy as well as family and couples counseling. I assist clients in developing healthier coping and inter-personal skills that address topics related to: assertiveness, anger management, parenting strategies, managing mood disorders (anxiety and depression), impulse control, PTSD (EMDR), life transitions, grief, conflict resolution, mindfulness, sexuality, and stress management. I am a big proponent in assisting clients built self-confidence. I also have a degree in Accounting as well that I use with individuals and couples around money management, budgeting, savings, and retirement planning. I also have experience as a business consultant for individuals.
Michael Reed
I work with college students and young adults navigating anxiety, OCD, and questions of identity, including the impact of religious background and belief systems. Many of the students I work with are managing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or periods of uncertainty about identity, direction, and relationships. Some are also in the process of questioning or stepping away from religious backgrounds, which can bring up guilt, fear, or confusion about how to move forward. I also work with OCD and anxiety, including intrusive thoughts, compulsive patterns, and persistent doubt. Many students are unsure whether what they’re experiencing is anxiety or OCD, and benefit from a clearer understanding of these patterns and how to respond to them. In addition, I support students navigating identity development, including gender and sexual identity, in a way that prioritizes clarity, communication, and maintaining meaningful relationships. With over 18 years of clinical experience, my approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and focused on helping students better understand how their mind works so they can respond to stress, uncertainty, and internal pressure more effectively. I offer telehealth sessions and am available to work with students seeking ongoing therapy or continuity of care beyond campus counseling services.

My approach draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailored to each individual’s goals and needs. I am passionate about helping young adults feel empowered in their decision-making, manage anxiety and mood concerns, and improve their overall well-being during this pivotal stage of life.

For Priti, culture, tradition, food, movement, and storytelling are meaningful ways to stay connected to herself, her heritage, and her community. Next Play Therapy
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families through both school-based and clinical counseling settings. For several years, I have worked as a school adjustment counselor, helping students navigate academic stress, social challenges, emotional regulation, and mental health concerns. This role has allowed me to work closely with students, families, educators, and support staff to create practical strategies that help young people succeed both in and outside of the classroom. In addition to my work in schools, I have clinical experience providing individual therapy in outpatient mental health settings, supporting clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused strategies, and strengths-based counseling. I also bring a unique perspective through my experience coaching high school athletics, where I have seen firsthand the pressures that young athletes face—balancing performance expectations, academics, identity development, and social dynamics. This experience has shaped my passion for helping athletes develop mental resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills. At the same time, my practice is open to any individual seeking support, whether they are navigating stress, relationship challenges, emotional struggles, or major life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, practical, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients can develop the tools they need to move forward with confidence.
