This means that I believe the therapeutic relationship can be healing in itself, and in order to aid the healing process I also use components of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
