Jenna Schmid

I am a licensed psychologist with training in a variety of therapeutic approaches and vary my approach based on the individual needs of my clients. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, stress management, and interpersonal relationships. I have extensive experience in college mental health, having trained at MIT and Tufts University, and having worked as a staff psychologist at Harvard University Counseling and Mental Health Service.

My approach in therapy is supportive, warm, and caring. I work with clients to enhance coping skills, improve self-care, improve problem solving skills, improve stress management, and enhance communication skills to create a more positive experience of your day-to-day life. In addition, I help clients challenge unhelpful thought and behavior patterns that get in the way of having a healthy view of yourself and the world around you.
