Accepting clients Last Updated 1 days ago

If you're experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia, unwanted habits, or communication difficulties, I am passionate about providing the support you need to help you feel better and achieve meaningful change.

With a background in family systems, I incorporate an evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach, developed by Dr. David Burns, which helps clients improve quickly and equips them with tools for ongoing self-help. I am also certified in CBT-I, a specialized cognitive therapy for treating insomnia.

When we start working together, I will take the time to understand your unique situation and life circumstances and develop a personalized treatment plan designed to bring you relief.

My approach is structured and active, and it emphasizes joint accountability. I will seek your feedback regularly, using it to adjust our sessions as needed and ensuring we monitor progress together. I also require work between sessions and expect you to practice new skills. You will typically start experiencing relief within a few sessions and will become empowered to make positive changes that help you find lasting joy and fulfillment.

I look forward to meeting you!
